Pawan Guru Yog

We conduct this one-hour training at the convenient of the Patient. In this training class, we teach the following Five Breathing Techniques to our patients just to enhance their Oxygen levels.

  • 1 ਭਉ ਖਲਾ ਅਗਨਿ ਤਪ ਤਾਉ ( Breath of Fire)
  • 2, ਪਰਾਣ ਸੰਗਲੀ ਪੈਟ ਕਿ੍ਆ(Pran Sangli pet kirya)
  • 3, ਪਰਾਣ ਸੰਗਲੀ ਮਨ ਕਿ੍ਆ(Pran Sangli man kirya)
  • 4, ਪਰਾਣ ਸੰਗਲੀ ਰੱਸ ਕਿ੍ਆ(Pran Sangli ras kirya)
  • 5, ਪਰਾਣ ਸੰਗਲੀ ਨਾਦ ਕਿ੍ਆ(Pran Sangli naad kirya)

Pani Pita Yog

We conduct Pani pita Yog training classes at per convenience and appointment.

In this training class, we teach our patients that we are consuming RO-dead water and spoiling our health.
We teach different techniques to make RO Dead water again Living and how to use water for our Optimum Health.
All the above techniques are based on the latest research on the water by Water scientists of the 21st Century and Spiritual Scientists of the 15teen Century Baba Nanak Dev Ji.

Mata Dharat Mahat Yog

Mother Earth gives all the essential nutrients as food for the survival of all living beings.
We will explain how to use these Nutrients in Natural form.

In Divas Yog training we teach our patients why Vitamin D3 and B12 is so Important for the functioning of our everybody organ and how it can be obtained from Food and Sun Rays.
In Raat Yog, we teach why 6-8 hours’ sleep is so important for good health and how to obtain sound sleep every night.
Raat Yog also means that our physical body should Touch the Ground at least 30 minutes to 60 minutes daily to tune our Vibration to Mother Earth.
